Trucks and vans moving fish between landing sites, markets, and processing plants must hold a transporter permit and use approved containers that protect product quality.
Eligibility
Vehicle owner or contracted logistics company; roadworthy vehicle with clean cargo area; driver holds valid driving licence.

- Register each vehicle plate number
- Prove insulation or refrigeration capability
- Submit driver licence and contact details
- Vehicle inspection for cleanliness and sealing
- Pay transporter permit fee
- Receive vehicle permit sticker
